4. Integrating with systems

Our software integrates seamlessly with existing back-office systems, ensuring efficient data exchange and smooth processing of requests. Integrations with and between our software are based on the standard interfaces known to local governments, from Standard Exchange Formats and messages to APIs that have been established.

Digital service is the chain from intake to processing, without having to manually enter things and asking a resident or business for information that the government already has. 

What if a resident or business can't figure it out in the digital service delivery process?

For example, we offer a Customer Contact System, which is used as a supporting tool to provide immediate assistance to residents and businesses who contact us by phone. Smart integrations with a PDC and other web content are readily available. If on the phone a resident or business cannot be helped directly in the first line, a transfer or callback is initiated in the second line.
