My Portal

My Portal

A personal "my environment" for everyone.

Shift2's MyPortal, also known as the personal interaction portal (PIP), offers local authorities the opportunity to interact with their customers. From checking the status of ongoing matters to paying tax bills directly, downloading benefit statements, or giving permission for residency. A secure environment where customers can conduct their business with the government in confidence, but entirely digitally.

A personal portal that offers residents more than just information

The MyPortal is a modular application that combines the power of 'my business', 'my tasks' and 'my data' for complete processing of requests. Users have control over their data and can easily use different modules.

  • Taxes: Share tax assessments and valuation reports, file objections, request remissions, set up direct debits, or pay immediately.
  • Social Domain: Optimize online services for social support and care.
  • Civil affairs: Easily arrange matters such as moving house, requesting documents, and other municipal services.

With an interface that seamlessly connects to MijnOverheid, users can easily find their way around and confidently take care of their business. The responsive application can be used on any device. Future expansions within the eServices portfolio, including new messaging and notification standards from Omnichannel, will enable the government to communicate easily with users.

Powerful features to handle business easily and quickly

Links to source applications

Providing insight into a resident's case or allowing a resident to arrange or adjust something requires integration with source applications and government data sources. MijnPortaal unlocks the information from these task-specific applications and provides real-time insight into the current status. From support for standard interfaces, HaalCentraal API support, or flexible API integrations, we can do it all.

Modular expansion with additional domains

The MijnPortaal can be used for services in a specific domain such as civil affairs. But it can also easily be expanded to include more domains to form a complete government portal. Whether it concerns taxes, civil affairs, social affairs, permits, or other matters, we have the expertise.

Tailored services for every resident

Short and efficient processes that meet the needs of residents. Are you logged in as a resident with DigiD or eIDAS? Then we know who you are, which makes your process simpler. You will only be asked for what is necessary and what we do not yet know about you but need to know. Complete, secure, and service-oriented.

Together we improve

Every government needs a 'My Environment' platform to serve residents and businesses digitally. This platform makes it easy and quick to arrange matters without having to fill in duplicate information. With short, clear steps and direct communication, users can always view the status of their applications. This saves time, increases efficiency, and ensures that the government can focus on personal contact where it is really needed.
