Accessible education is about equal opportunities to learn and grow. Whether you need extra support, have difficulty reading, or thrive in a digital learning environment, everyone should be able to participate. The same applies to government services. Residents should have access to information and services anytime, anywhere—regardless of their background, disability, or digital skills.

On June 24, 2025, more than 200 professionals from the public sector gathered at DeFabrique in Utrecht for the very first Shift2 the Future event. It was a milestone for Shift2 and an exciting day on which we explored the digital future of government together with customers, partners, and colleagues, full of energy.
